Instagram Data Deletion

If you have connected an Instagram Business or Creator account to Let's Eat, we store your Instagram media items (URLs, captions, permalinks, timestamps) and your Instagram user ID. This page explains the three ways to request deletion of this data.

1. Disconnect + Delete Data (In-Portal)

The fastest way to delete your Instagram data is directly from your Let's Eat brand portal:

1. Log in to your Let's Eat brand account
2. Navigate to Instagram Integration
3. Tap or click Disconnect + Delete Data

This immediately disconnects your Instagram account and permanently deletes all stored Instagram media and metadata from our systems. This performs the same purge as the automatic Meta callback (see option 2 below).

2. Revoke Let's Eat from Meta App Center

You can also revoke Let's Eat's access to your Instagram account through Meta's app management interface:

1. Go to instagram.com/accounts/apps_and_websites (or facebook.com/settings/apps for Business accounts)
2. Find Let's Eat in the list
3. Click or tap to open, then select Remove

When you remove Let's Eat, Meta automatically sends us a data deletion webhook. We process this request immediately and permanently delete all your Instagram data from our systems.

3. Direct Request to Stackrace

If you prefer to make a direct data deletion request, contact us:

• Email: privacy@stackrace.io
• Include your Instagram username or the email address associated with your Let's Eat account

We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.

What Gets Deleted

Regardless of which method you use, the following data is permanently deleted from our systems:

• Your Instagram media URLs
• Captions and descriptions
• Permalinks and timestamps
• Your Instagram user ID
• Any associated metadata or cache
